LICD’s mission is to translate a bold theoretical insight — that reality, measurement and identity arise from recursive, deterministic coherence formation — into rigorous math, auditable experiments and engineering systems that can be built, tested and used. The Institute pairs novel non-Hilbertian mathematics and bi-topological geometry with pragmatic hardware and experiment design so provocative ideas become decisive science. Our work is deliberately translational: we create precise vocabulary for coherence, entropy and the asymmetries between them, design hardware and experimental paths, and write the research proposals that turn theory into falsifiable prediction.

We write the mathematics that defines coherence, design the experiments that could falsify or validate it, build the hardware that makes those experiments possible, and translate validated results into tools and systems.
LCFT is built on precise bi-topological foundations, ultrametric techniques (theory and minimal radix selection), and operator formalisms that make emergence auditable and provable.
Theory is paired to concrete, cost-effective measurement strategies and hardware — from LiquidOS cells to targeted upgrades at large experimental facilities — so provocative ideas become decisive experiments.
Coherence Dynamics is intentionally pre-disciplinary: mathematics, physics, biology, engineering, cognition and social science are first-class citizens of a single research program that writes a common vocabulary for coherence, entropy and asymmetry.

L.E. L’Var is a mathematical and computational physicist, field architect and original thinker who builds the language, mathematics and experiments that let emergence speak. She founded and leads the L’Var Institute for Coherence Dynamics to do one simple, audacious thing: lift coherence out of a set of technical problems and into a new interdisciplinary science — Coherence Dynamics — that spans mathematics, physics, life, engineering, cognition and society. Under her continued auspice LICD incubates the Asherah Project — now a for-profit research & translation arm of the Institute — to accelerate real-world validation, deployment and translation of L’Var Coherence Field Theory (LCFT).

LICD invites collaboration from universities, national laboratories, philanthropic partners and industry. We welcome researchers who can contribute mathematics, experimental capability, cryogenic optics, data-analysis pipelines (Topological Data Analysis and coherence metrics), and programmatic partners who can help convert validated science into impact.

Commission a rapid feasibility study, pilot experiment, or R&D scoping investigation to test a specific LCFT hypothesis, LiquidOS application, or cross-domain use case. Ideal for companies, labs or teams seeking a disciplined, simulation-first assessment and an experimental roadmap that converts concept into deployable tests.
What to expect: a disciplined deliverable (technical brief + recommended next steps), honest go/no-go criteria, and options for a follow-on prototype program.
Action: Submit an investigation request to LICD Partnerships or the Asherah Project team.
Under L.E. L’Var’s leadership, LICD moves coherence from an idea into a discipline: rigorous, experimental, interdisciplinary, and engineered. We write the algebra, build the instruments and propose the experiments that let the universe reveal whether coherence — not chance — is the grammar of reality.
LICD stands at a simple crossroads: keep describing the world with familiar metaphors, or build the language and instruments that let the world decide. If you want to test the deepest questions — about gravity, dark matter, life and consciousness — do it where math, hardware and rigorous experiment meet. Contact LICD Partnerships or the Asherah Project to begin.
