  • The "Retainer" (Access): Ongoing access to the Institute's Senior Fellows for high-level decision support (The "Boardroom Physicist").
  • The "Joint Venture" (Equity): We co-develop a technology with you. We put in the IP; you put in the distribution.

II. For Capital: The Asset Engine

We manufacture leverage.

 For Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Philanthropic Partners: We are not a charity case. We are an IP Reactor.


The Institute is designed to produce high-value, defensible intellectual property at a rate that traditional universities cannot match because they are siloed.

Most corporate AI strategies are "Hallucination Engines"—generating massive amounts of text/code with zero provenance. We implement L'Varian Provenance Tracking. We distinguish between "Gold" (high-coherence, verified IP that you own) and "Sludge" (probabilistic noise copied from the internet). We turn your AI from a legal liability into a precision asset. 


We work with Complexity.

  • For Startups: We are usually brought in at Series B/C, when the "move fast and break things" culture has started breaking the wrong things (people, product integrity).

 You get a Coherence Report. While we can provide executive summaries, our primary deliverable is an Auditable Artefact.   • Note: Friction costs you more than we do. If we stop you from driving a $50M project off a cliff, our fee is a rounding error.


You can invest in the Output. The L'Var Institute incubates technologies (LiquidOS, HCP, etc.). Through The Asherah Project (our commercial arm), we spin these out as investable vehicles.
